Terms of Service

Rules for using Onii's Bot in Discord servers, direct messages, dashboards, and related bot features.

Effective Date

Last updated: October 12, 2026

By inviting, accessing, or using Onii's Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using its commands or dashboard features.

Use of the Bot

Onii's Bot provides Discord utility, anime, profile, reminder, note, music, moderation-adjacent, and dashboard features. Features may change, pause, or be removed at any time for maintenance, reliability, safety, or platform policy reasons.

  • You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies.
  • You are responsible for how you configure and use the bot in your server.
  • Server administrators are responsible for informing members when bot features collect or display server/user activity.

Acceptable Use

No Abuse
Do not use the bot to harass users, spam commands, evade moderation, or overload Discord, the bot, or third-party APIs.
No Illegal Content
Do not store, generate, request, or distribute illegal, exploitative, or harmful content through bot commands or dashboard features.
No Unauthorized Access
Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another user's private data, reverse engineer tokens, or interfere with bot infrastructure.

User Content

Some commands may let you save notes, reminders, profile details, giveaway data, or other content. You keep responsibility for content you submit. We may remove content or restrict access when it appears to violate these terms, Discord policy, law, or bot safety requirements.

Availability

The bot is provided "as is" without guaranteed uptime, uninterrupted operation, or error-free behavior. Commands may depend on Discord and third-party APIs, so outages or rate limits can affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Onii's Bot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, data loss, server disruption, missed reminders, moderation outcomes, or third-party service failures arising from your use of the bot.

Termination

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security concerns, Discord policy violations, legal requirements, or behavior that harms the bot, users, or communities. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot and discontinuing dashboard access.

Contact

For questions, removal requests, or policy concerns, contact the bot owner through the Discord application listing, support server, or the server where the bot is installed.
