This policy explains what data may be processed when you use Onii's Bot. By using the bot or dashboard, you understand that the bot may process Discord data needed to provide its features.

Data We May Collect

Discord Identifiers

User IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, usernames, avatars, and server names when needed for commands or dashboard display.

Command Data

Command names, timestamps, server context, recent command usage, errors, and feature-specific settings used to operate and improve the bot.

Saved Feature Data

Notes, reminders, anime reminders, calendar data, AFK status, profile details, giveaways, queues, and similar content you choose to create.

How Data Is Used

To execute bot commands and display requested Discord information.
To remember user-created notes, reminders, settings, profiles, and command state.
To support dashboard features, command statistics, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and reliability checks.
To debug errors, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure.

Data Sharing

Onii's Bot does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by Discord and third-party APIs used by specific features, such as anime, music, map, profile, or media lookup commands. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, platform policy, or to protect users, servers, and service infrastructure.

Storage and Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for active features, operational logs, backups, safety, or troubleshooting. Some data may be deleted automatically when it expires, when a feature is removed, or when the bot is removed from a server. Backup copies may persist briefly until normal backup rotation completes.

Your Choices

You can stop future collection by removing the bot from a server or not using commands.
You can delete feature content using the relevant command when supported, such as note or reminder management commands.
You can request data deletion by contacting the bot owner with your Discord user ID and the server ID, when applicable.

Security

Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used to protect bot data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid storing passwords, tokens, private keys, payment information, or highly sensitive personal data in bot commands or notes.

Children's Privacy

Onii's Bot is intended for Discord users who are allowed to use Discord under Discord's own rules. The bot is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the age permitted by Discord in their region.
